1. Which data does NETZSAVE collect?
In theory, you are able to visit our online presence without providing us with any personal data. If you decide to use any of our advanced services, we will need the following data from you: When logging into one of our Internet access services:
Forename, surname, address and phone number plus all specified item and contact data. We will not be able to process your registration or enquiry without this data.

2. Cookies
The following section describes how NETZSAVE uses files known as cookies.
Why do we use cookies? We use cookies to identify a session. When accessing content, the user receives a cookie, which is automatically activated based on the logical system behind the pages accessed. NETZSAVE needs the activated cookie for administrative purposes and for the backup of the logical system behind the entire application. NETZSAVE does not use cookies for any tracking or analysis on the user’s side.

4. Is NETZSAVE permitted to disclose your data to other parties?

Some companies offer services that are related to NETZSAVE.
